Integration guide

Procore setup for Clash Nexus AI

Connect Procore, choose the correct company/project, map RFI users, send reviewed RFIs, and disconnect the integration safely.

What the integration does

Connect a Procore company and project, map Procore users, prepare reviewed RFIs in Clash Nexus AI, and send approved RFI content back to Procore.

What Clash Nexus AI reads

Company/project metadata, project users for RFI mapping, drawing/document metadata when import is enabled, and selected files only when your team requests import.

What Clash Nexus AI writes

Approved RFIs sent from the RFI Center, including title, question, context, manager, assignee mapping, and required project fields.

AI data-use promise

Procore data is used only to provide the requested review, report, RFI, and workspace workflow. It is not used to train, fine-tune, or benchmark AI/ML models.

Customer setup steps

From connection to RFI send.

  1. 1Open Integrations in Clash Nexus AI and choose Procore.
  2. 2Connect Procore through OAuth, or use admin-managed DMSA/client credentials when your account has that mode enabled.
  3. 3Select the Procore company and project that should receive RFIs from this workspace.
  4. 4Map the real Procore RFI manager and default assignee. Clash Nexus AI does not guess people from labels.
  5. 5Save setup. The integration card shows ready only when the required mappings are complete.
  6. 6Open RFI Center, review the RFI wording, then choose Send to Procore.
  7. 7Use Disconnect on the Procore integration card to remove workspace tokens and project mappings.

Permissions used

Project/company discovery, project users for RFI mapping, drawing/document discovery when enabled, and RFI create/update permissions for approved sends.

Background mode

Private beta can use user OAuth. Background/data-connection workflows can use DMSA/client credentials after the required Procore portal setup and approval.
